Our Proposals

We are developing a residential scheme for approximately 75 houses, which has been informed by the key considerations. The application will be a full application which will deliver a high-quality residential development that responds positively to the character of Hixon and its surroundings. The scheme will provide a mix of homes with private gardens and parking. The proposal will include 30% affordable housing, alongside new green spaces, improved walking routes, and carefully considered landscaping.

The homes will reflect the high-quality approach shown at the neighbouring St. Peter’s View development, using familiar local materials and traditional forms that echo Hixon’s character. A mix of 1 to 4-bedroom homes will be provided, including affordable housing, to meet the needs of a range of residents. Designs will feature pitched roofs, red and buff brickwork, and details such as porches and chimneys, helping to create an attractive and varied street scene.
